1. Our Commitment to Privacy

G.D. Pharmaceuticals Limited ("G.D. Pharma", "we", "us", or "our") recognizes the critical importance of privacy and personal data protection. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, process, safeguard, and use personal information gathered through our web services, institutional inquiry forms, career portal, and pharmacovigilance channels.

2. Information We Collect

  • Direct Inquiries: Contact details including your name, institutional affiliation (hospital, clinic, pharmacy), email address, and phone number when submitting quotation or distribution requests.
  • Pharmacovigilance Data: Sensitive health information relating to adverse drug experiences, including patient demographics, medical history, suspected formulation batch number, and reporter contact details.
  • Recruitment Information: Curriculum vitae, qualifications, employment history, and references submitted through our career portal.
  • Technical Data: Non-identifying technical logs, browser types, and IP addresses collected for site security and uptime monitoring.

3. Use of Pharmacovigilance & Health Data

Adverse drug reaction reports collected through our pharmacovigilance system are handled with strict clinical confidentiality. Such data is processed exclusively for drug safety monitoring, root-cause batch investigation, and mandatory statutory reporting to the Department of Drug Administration (DDA) of Nepal and international regulatory bodies. Patient names and direct identities are pseudonymized in public health submissions.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, lease, or commercialize your personal information to third-party marketing brokers. Data is shared only with authorized regulatory bodies when legally required, or with trusted technical service providers operating under strict confidentiality covenants.

5. Data Security Standards

We implement robust physical, administrative, and technical safeguards—including TLS encryption, role-based access control, and encrypted database storage—to protect your personal records from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction.
